Magnificent vintage French Provincial Renaissance style heavy carved Bombay dresser & mirror with 9 drawers & an antiqued powder blue ceruse factory finish with off-white painted hardware & heavily carved details. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. The fabulous wood grain peeks through the cerused finish on the top surface of the dresser & it is embellished with ceruse off-white heavily carved leaf & floral motifs, details, & hardware. It has 9 drawers… the top center, top left, and middle center drawer have dividers for all your stow-away needs. I mean… Storage for DAYS!!!! And check out the “Bombay” curves on this beauty!!! Who could help but stare at those stunning outward curved sides & lovely carved feet with an outward splay… talk about a fantastic FIGURE!!! WOW!!! To me, this set looks like it jumped right out of a scene from the movie “Beauty & the Beast!!” Incredible!! Wouldn’t it be a wonderful addition to a “princess,” Sleeping Beauty, or Cinderella themed bedroom? We certainly think so!! But options definitely don’t stop there!
